Guaranteed delivery is five days. Orders of less than $250 to a single ship-to location will be charged shipping. Procurement/credit cards accepted at no additional charge. Lift gate is standard for all deliveries in Lower Peninsula. Upper Peninsula deliveries will incur a $150.00 charge. Lowered to pavement. Inside delivery additional at $2.00 per case and $80 per skid. Deliveries are delivered via CMP truck or local truck lines in Lower Peninsula and via local truck lines for Upper Peninsula.
